When does my phone get Android 15?

Google has officially launched the next large version of its mobile operating system. Android 15 has been officially released and it contains quite a few exciting functions.

But will your phone get it if that is not yet? Not all devices with Android 14 are compatible. This is what you need to know.

Which phones do Android 15 get?

Below you will find a list of telephone manufacturers and models that are eligible for Android 15 in the UK and/or the US.

Apple

Apple devices work on iOS and do not receive Android updates. If you want to know which iPhone is compatible with iOS 18, read our special article.

Samsung

From February 2025, Samsung started rolling out the Android 15 -Update, integrated with its one onion 7.0 interface, in various Galaxy devices.

The first release started with the Galaxy S25 series on January 22, 2025, after this, the update is gradually being extended to other eligible models.

Honor has officially announced the roll -out schedule for Magicos 9.0, the latest operating system based on Android 15.

It is important to note that this roll -out schedule currently applies to devices in China. For global users, including those in the UK, the update is expected to become available in the first months of 2025.

As a memory, Honor does not officially sell his devices in the US. If you live there and own one of Honor’s phones, you will probably get the update around the same time as the UK, but it is not guaranteed.
