‘Willow,’ ‘Return to Oz’ Star

Jean Marsh – An old British star that appeared in various hit films from the 80s- has died … according to one of her old friends.
Michael Lindsay-Hogg – A pioneer in the music video industry and Pal of Marshs announced the news to the New York Times … revealed that she died in her house in London on Sunday due to complications of dementia.
Marsh started her screen career in the late 1940s … in a series of non -recruited roles in smaller shows before you grabbed bit parts on “The Twilight Zone” and “I Spy”, as well as a small role in the Elizabeth Taylor-Led flick “Cleopatra.”
Jean caught the attention of Great Britain in the mid-seventies by making the show “Up, Down” … A drama after the prosperous Bellamy and their servants are not different from “Downton Abbey”.
The show – on which Marsh played the character Rose Buck – ran in England from 1971 to 1975 and in the United States from 1974 to 1977 … Naking Marsh Two Golden Globe -Nominations and three Emmy nods – who won one of the last awards in 1975.
In the 1980s, Marsh took various prominent roles … including playing the villain Queen Bavmorda in Ron Howard And George Lucas‘Fantasy drama’ Willow ‘and playing various recurring characters in the classic “Doctor Who” series.
