An 18-year-old woman who injured five people after shooting into a crowd outside Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Denver was sentenced Wednesday to seven years in Colorado’s Youthful Offender System.
Keanna Rosenburgh was 17 years old when she was denied entry to a LoDo bar, pulled out a gun and started shooting into the crowd the night of Sept. 16, 2023, according to Denver police.
Rosenburgh pleaded guilty in September to attempted first-degree murder and a conviction for violent crimes. As part of the deal, twenty-seven charges were dropped.
Rosenberg was also sentenced to a 21-year suspended sentence in the Colorado Department of Corrections. She will not serve the prison sentence if she completes the sentence Juvenile offender system makes sense and meets all the conditions, as shown by previous reports.
An attorney for Rosenburgh could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday evening.
