WWE has set new standards in the industry and TNA Wrestling is now a long-term member of the league. A new press release revealed the company’s multi-year deal with TNA.
Last year, TNA Wrestling began sending stars to the Stamford-based promotion, primarily for its developmental brand. The working relationship improved under the creative leadership of Triple H and Shawn Michales, as names like Jordynne Grace and Joe Hendry became an important part of the black and silver brand.
It wasn’t a one-time deal, however, and more crossovers took place over the coming months, and storylines spread across both promotions. Today, the Stamford-based promotion released a statement announcing their multi-year deal with TNA Wrestling to create more crossovers between both promotions.
“WWE and TNA Wrestling today announced a multi-year partnership aimed at creating unprecedented crossover opportunities across WWE and TNA programming for NXT Superstars and TNA Wrestling Stars,” the company’s official X account said.
The exact years of the new partnership haven’t been mentioned, but it’s safe to say it would include years of content and crossover opportunities for both parties. Additionally, the statement issued also addressed performances at selective premium live events. This could mean that TNA Wrestling stars could appear at PLEs like the Royal Rumble, similar to 2022 and 2024.
