Zac Efron ‘confused’ fans with his dramatically different look in his new Netflix film.

Zac Efron threw fans for a loop when his latest Netflix film, A family affair, starring Nicole Kidman And Joey King premiered on June 28.
Viewers were ‘confused’ by the 36-year-old actor’s apparently ‘different face’ and soon began to wonder whether or not he had gone under the knife. RadarOnline.com has learned.

Fans called Efron’s face “disturbing” as they reflected on the cosmetic work he had done.
“Watching #A family affair on Netflix and can’t stop staring at Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron’s gruesome plastic surgery. Neither of them looks like themselves. Kathy Bates has aged gracefully and looks better than both,” he wrote one X user.
Another viewer commented: “I realize this guy in Netflix’s Family Affair is Zac Efron… what did he do to his face!? It’s disturbing.”

Netflix viewers pointed out that Efron’s jaw appears dramatically squarer and wider in the romcom — and that his face appears “fatter” overall.
Efron addressed the controversy over the unusual appearance of his jaw in a 2022 cover interview for Men’s Health Magazine, in which he revealed that he had “shattered” his jaw in a serious fall.
Despite his previous explanation, fans weren’t convinced that he didn’t have any cosmetic surgery based on his new movie.

Amid constant talk about Efron’s ever-changing appearance, Hollywood doctor Dr. Gary Motykie weighed.
“I’m curious about his jawline. There is definitely some difference,” Motykie, who has not treated the star, told the Daily email. “I think in the new images it looks like the area around the lower jaw is larger and the chin is a little more pronounced.”

Dr. Motykie suspected that Efron had had fillers and botox.

“So there is a possibility that he did more fillers, an enlargement of that area,” the doctor continued. “It’s hard to say.”
Motykie suspected that Efron had filler injected into the face and cheeks, as well as Botox in the eyebrow area, adding, “When I look at his new face, starting with the eyes, he has that stern, masculine, prey- look changed to This kind of soft, surprised look in his eyes could have come from botox to the forehead.”

Efron revealed in 2022 that he “shattered” his jaw in a bad fall.

The doctor also raised the possibility of a “moon face” as a result of testosterone use.
“Based on the shirtless footage of him on the set of The Iron Claw“I’m most suspicious of testosterone use,” Motykie said. “If Zac is taking testosterone, it’s entirely possible he has developed something called TRT, or testosterone replacement therapy, moon face.”
