49ers newcomer Ricky Pearsall was reunited Monday night with the first responders who helped save his life after a terrifying shooting incident last month …and the scene was emotional.
It all happened right before San Francisco took on the New York Jets at Levi’s Stadium… when Sgt Joelle Harrell of the San Francisco Police Department and Dr. Lucy Kornblitha surgeon at SF General Hospital, joined the wide receiver on the field for a show of appreciation.
Pearsall — the Niners’ first draft pick for 2024 — presented the heroes with some autographed jerseys … before giving them a big hug. The trio then received a standing ovation from the large crowd in attendance.
The signed Pearsall wires weren’t the only gift the two received… they also received 49ers helmets signed by the entire team.
Before they left the area, Pearsall posed for photos with the duo… before giving them another hug.

Sergeant Harrell was, of course, the first officer to arrive to help Pearsall after he was shot in the chest during an alleged botched robbery near Union Square on August 31. Dr. Kornblith, meanwhile, is the surgeon who worked on Pearsall when he went to the hospital.
Fortunately, the bullet missed vital organs and he was released from hospital – and is now on the road to a full recovery.
During the “Monday Night Football” broadcast, it was reported that Pearsall should be back on the field soon as his wounds are healing well.
As for the suspected shooter… officials say he is a 17-year-old Californian facing various chargesincluding attempted murder.
