Stevie Nicks wants to examine the drug and sex past in the new Fleetwood Mac documentary

Although the band has inspired a number of documentaries over the years, none of them are fully authorized and include the participation of all living members of the band.

The film follows “their chance meeting in 1974” and sees Fleetwood, John McVie, Christine McVieBuckingham and Nicks “reflect on their uncompromising history spanning more than fifty years, from their record-breaking recordings and tours – including never-before-seen footage, exclusive new interviews and archival interviews from the late Christine McVie – to today.

“The film explores how the band’s trials, personal resilience and musical dexterity combined to create songs that have not only stood the test of time, but are also timeless masterpieces.”
