Former India -Cricket player Suresh Raina made a special request to the paparazzi to encourage Team India players on their return to Mumbai after their 2025 Champions Trophy victory. The cricket player-in-commentator also gave special entries to skipper Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer.
While Rohit and Iyer originally came from Mumbai, Kohli built his new home in Alibaug and is the neighbor of actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal in Mumbai.
In the clip, Raina was seen outside the airport (apparently Mumbai). He said (via Pinkvilla):
“Match Dekha Aapne, Rohit Sharma Aayega Ache se Cheer Karna USKO.

The comments came after Rohit became the second most successful India captain after he had led the men in Blue to back-to-back ICC trophies. Mrs. Dhoni stays on top of the list of three ICC titles.
Suresh Raina in particular has won the ODI World Cup 2011 and the 2013 Champions Trophy with the men in Blue. He has been working as a commentator since his retirement.
Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli reject rumors of retirement after 2025 Champions Trophy Glory
India skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have confirmed that they are not retiring after the victory of the Champions Trophy 2025. In a viral clip, Rohit said next to Kohli:
“Bhai Hum Koi pulls Nahi Ho Rahhein Hai, Inko Lag Raha Hai (Brother, I am not retired. These people think). ‘

Rohit further confirmed his decision to keep playing in the 50-over format. The 37-year-old said in a press conference after the game (via NDTV):
“I’m not going to retire from this format.
In the meantime, the father of Yuvraj Singh, Yograj Singh, insisted on Rohit and Kohli to continue until the ODI World Cup 2027. He told Ani:
“The best thing is that Rohit Sharma said he is not going to retire.
The promotion will now shift to IPL 2025, which will start on March 22. Defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Locks Hoorns with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in Eden Gardens.
