Food safety expert releases new book: 'How to Sell Food Safety'

Food safety expert Nuno F. Soares has released a new book titled “How to Sell Food Safety: The 3 ½ Steps That Will Vastly Increase Your Chances of Being Heard.” The book, released today, aims to revolutionize the way food safety professionals understand their roles and secure buy-in from top management and teams. Soares has a Masters in Business Administration and a Ph.D., during which he developed a new frozen fish glaze solution. His dedication to improving food safety standards earned him the title of Food Engineer Specialist from the Portuguese Engineering Professional Association in 2018.
