The sacrificial ritual starts
The second season showed that the first action of cannibalism of the group was not planned or deliberately. The overwhelming scent woke the survivors in the hut and, driven by gloryly hunger, left all restraint and devoured Jackie’s charred remains.
However, Jackie did not maintain the group for long and the harsh conditions of the Canadian wilderness continued to deteriorate. Despair started, so the survivors pulled cards – and whoever pulled the heart queen, had to be sacrificed to guarantee the survival of the others.
After a nail biting Kaartroulette, Natalie (Sophie Thatcher) was unveiled as the first survivor to attract the marked card. But just like Shauna (Sophie Nelisse) was cutting her throat, Travis (Kevin Alves) pushed Shauna to the floor, giving Natalie the chance to escape.

It [the wilderness] Choose me, I think, because I was the only one who knew how to listen. But I can’t hear it anymore. I think that’s because it doesn’t need me anymore, “she told the group. ‘You all learned how to hear it, to feel it. Perhaps it is now a leader for us who can help us survive for the rest of the time we are here. “Lottie then passed on the mantle of leadership to Natalie.
In the meantime, Misty is accidentally brought to a mental facility in the current timeline and Lottie
The adult yellowjackets again pulled cards to determine who would claim the wilderness – a distorted suggestion from Lottie. When Shauna (Melanie Lynskey) pulled the heart queen, the group began to hunt her. But just in time Shauna’s daughter Callie (Sarah Desjardins) appeared and saved her by shooting Lottie.
When Lisa (Nicole Maines), a resident of Lottie’s Wellness -Compound, confronted the group with a gun, Misty tried to inject her with a deadly dose of fentanyl. Natalie (Juliette Lewis), who was grown at the compound close to Lisa during her time, did, however, entered to protect her. In the subsequent chaos, Misty (Christina Ricci) unintentionally stabbed Natalie with the needle.
While Natalie’s body was removed, Lottie was accompanied by a mental facility.
Coach Scott finds the cave
Coach Ben Scott (Steven Krueger) was the only member of the group who refused to participate in cannibalism, a decision that began to demand him. Because his physical and mental health quickly deteriorated, he was plagued by a series of spooky hallucinations and even came close to ending his own life. In the end, Ben came across a small cave – presumably the hiding place where Javi sought refuge after the terrifying dooming – yacht.
Ben returned to the hut to find Shauna in the remains of Javi, a sight that made him shocked. He begged Natalie to go with him and to insist that she is ‘not like these other girls’. But Natalie revealed that she allowed Javi to die in her place as the offer offer, and she told Ben that he did not belong in this place. Ben then left the group and withdrew into the wilderness.
Young Shauna’s baby dies
Shauna has passed a long and moving work halfway through the season, where she was confronted with life -threatening complications, including the risk of bleeding. Against the expectation, she gave a son.
The baby was constantly crying and refused to lock or nurse because Shauna, weakened by hunger, was unable to produce enough milk to feed it.
One creepy night Shauna saw the group of parties on her child. She then woke up from the nightmare and learned the terrible truth: her baby was born to death, and every moment she believed she shared her son, there would have been nothing more than an illusion.
Adult van has cancer
Nowadays Taissa again made contact with her high school dear and former Yellowjackets teammate of, who now runs a video library. Apart from his role as Misty’s Investigative Ally, Walter played a crucial role in resting one of the biggest threats for the yellow jackets for adults: the police investigation into Adam’s death. Walter took matters into his own hands and orchestrated Adam’s murder cover-up by Kevyn (Alex Wyndham) in Framing for crime. After poisoning Kevyn with Fenobarbital, he told Kevyn’s partner, Detective Saracusa (John Reynolds), that he had made a paper path (the details of which remain a mystery) and Saracusa in compliance.
The cabin burns down
The survivors of teenagers were abruptly aroused in the middle of the night by the roar of flames that consumed their hut. In a hectic scrambling, they hardly gathered all the necessities and personal belongings they could wear, hardly escapes the Inferno just a few moments before it used everything. While all signs seemed to point to the debt on Coach Scott – who had recently left the group – there was also the disturbing possibility that the elusive power that is known as ‘it’ could stand behind the fire.
Anyway, when we saw the young Yellowjackets for the last time, they noticed that they were stranded in the wilderness, exposed and without shelter.
