While she returned last Thursday, there is still a lot of unrest behind the scenes with sources that say that the behavior of the 42-year-old has shifted drastically since he returned.

She would often have casual conversations with staff about their lives, laughing and apologizing for any distractions, but they claimed that behavior was completely stopped.
An old employee said to DailyMail: “She used to be so accessible. She would be at your desk and just talk. Ask for your life.
“She knows the names of everyone’s spouses and children and would ask for it by name.”

They continued: “She would talk and talk, and then she would suddenly apologize that she took you away from work. I always had something like that:” You are the boss; you don’t have to apologize, “and she would laugh.”
Since the return of Clarkson, the employee said that her handlers have kept her away from the team and made sure that she avoids uncomfortable questions about her absence.
