Surf Company sues ‘Mayhem’ …

Lady Gaga Is dragged to court by a surf board brand that claims that she immediately refurbished their logo for her new album … according to a new lawsuit.
Lost International complies with Lady Gaga for trademark infringement on her album “Mayhem” … claim that they have the rights to the term, as used in the distinctive logo of the surfing company and that the use of Lady Gaga is in principle identical.
In the court case, obtained by TMZ, Lost says that they have beaten a stylized version of “Mayhem” on their surfboards and merches for more than a decade … and Gaga has scammed the design for her latest album.
Lost included a side by side of their “chaos” logo on their merch and the One Lady Gaga uses the Hare … and there are remarkable similarities.
The SURF brand says that since 2015 they have the trademark “Mayhem” and says that Lady Gaga is now darkening the logo without permission.
Lost says they expressed their concern to Gaga, but claims that she did not stop using … So now they complained.
The surfing company goes after Lady Gaga to block its use of the logo and the company wants compensation, including any profit she has made with its use of the “Mayhem” logo.
We contacted the Lady Gaga camp … so far, not a word back.
