Extensive warranty applicable to vehicles sold on January 1, 2025
Leading mobility company Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has announced the new Toyota 5-year warranty. The extensive warranty program applies to all Toyota vehicles that are sold on January 1, 2025.
Previously, Toyota vehicles were covered by a 3-year warranty or 100,000 km, depending on what comes first. With the new 5-year warranty from Toyota, customers up to two (2) years or 40,000 km can get extra guarantee, provided that they are able to use the minimum number of periodic maintenance services (PMS) during the 3-year warranty period, with at least one (1) PMs per year at a Toyota dealer.
All Toyota models released on January 1, 2025 and all Toyota vehicles that are under contract with Kinto One of Kinto One Business from January 1, 2025 can be eligible for the Toyota 5-year warranty.
How you can qualify for the Toyota 5-year warranty
Customers who will use at least six (6) PMs with each Toyota dealer with at least one (1) PMS per year during the 3-year-old warranty period or 100,000 km are eligible for the 4one Year full coverage extra warranty, which has the same coverage as the 3 -year warranty or 100,000 km. For customers who will use less than six (6) PMs, they will be eligible for the 4one Years of limited coverage extra warranty on condition that they were able to use 3 to 5 hours with at least one (1) PMS per year at each Toyota dealer. The limited coverage extra warranty does not cover any wear parts with regard to suspension, steering and braking system.
Customers who can use the 4one Year full coverage Extra warranty is eligible for an extra (1) year or 20,000 km extension on the 5one Provided that they could use at least two (2) PMs during the 4one Year’s ownership period. Customer vehicles who could only use one (1) PMs during the 4one The property period of the year is only qualified for the limited coverage of extra warranty.
