Trump attacks ‘highly overrated Jewish governor’ Josh Shapiro

Trump said Shapiro — who has no foreign policy role as governor of Pennsylvania — “has done nothing for Israel and never will.”

“Shapiro refused to acknowledge for strictly political reasons that I am the best friend Israel and the Jewish people have ever had,” Trump wrote on Truth Social just after midnight. “I’ve done more for Israel than any president, and honestly, I’ve done more for Israel than anyone, and it’s not even close.”

He also claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris “hates Israel” and hopes “it will fail.”
