Yella bees is in police detention in Texas, where he was arrested and affected with an indictment in the capital murder at the death of rapper MO3 … TMZ has learned.
The rapper was caught in the Dallas area on Thursday, where he is currently in prison.
According to judicial documents obtained by TMZ … Yella is accused of deliberately and consciously caused the death of Melvin Noble aka MO3 on November 11, 2020.
The charging documents accuse Yella of hiring a mentioned man Kewon White Unpleasant Moord MO3 On an interstate in Texas by using a firearm.
We have contacted Yella Beezy’s lawyer for comment … so far, not a word back.
